Teresa Williams is a dynamic entrepreneur, and now co-host of the BuildHERS Club Podcast. She brings her firsthand experience as a business owner to conversations that highlight women shaping the future of building and design.
Teresa is the owner of Monarch Media Hub, a social media and marketing agency dedicated to helping small businesses grow their digital presence. She also owns KJ Custom Screens & Outdoor Living, where she specializes in providing homeowners with innovative screen solutions and custom outdoor spaces.
Deeply committed to advancing women in the building industry, Teresa currently serves as Chair of the Professional Women in Building and leads the Mentorship Program with Collin County at the Dallas Builders Association. With her unique blend of industry expertise and a passion for storytelling, Teresa is committed to empowering others. Whether that’s creating opportunities for women in construction, elevating small businesses, or helping homeowners transform their living spaces.
Xanica Skuza
Xanica Skuza is the heart of the BuildHERS Club Podcast. A relationship-driven sales leader with more than a decade of experience in the residential building industry, she has generated over $100M in revenue through a consultative, customer-focused approach and strong industry expertise. Known for her ability to influence decision makers, expand market share, and consistently exceeding sales goals, she leverages both her financial background and extensive network to deliver measurable results.
Currently serving as Director of Sales for J&S Mechanical, a trusted plumbing and HVAC company in DFW and Waco, she is committed to driving substantial growth while championing women, mentoring the next generation, and creating opportunities for others to thrive. She holds a strong passion for serving others on and off the job. Beyond her career, Xanica is a devoted wife and proud mom to Bryn and Davis. She enjoys family time, working out, golf, and almost anything outdoors.
