The BuildHERS Club Scholarship Fund was created to support and uplift women pursuing careers in the skilled trades. The construction industry thrives on talent, grit, and hands-on expertise, yet access to trade education can be a barrier for many women ready to step into these roles.
This fund provides financial assistance to women enrolled in or planning to attend accredited trade schools, helping cover the cost of tuition, tools, certifications, and essential training. From carpentry and electrical work to welding, plumbing, and beyond, the BuildHERS Club Scholarship Fund invests in women who are ready to build sustainable, fulfilling careers with their hands and their skills.
At its core, the scholarship is about equity, opportunity, and long-term impact. By supporting women in the trades, we are strengthening the workforce, diversifying the industry, and helping ensure that more women have a seat at the jobsite and a future in construction.
