BuildHERS Club is a podcast, hosted by Teresa Williams and Xanica Skuza, dedicated to empowering women in the building industry. Through honest conversations, mentorship and meaningful connections, we bring a personal touch to the real-life challenges women face in construction, design and business. We’re breaking barriers, sharing insights and supporting each other along the way. Through authentic storytelling and expert advice, we create a space where women can thrive, lead and redefine success in a male-dominated industry.

The BuildHERS Club is proud to host our upcoming golf tournament, with all proceeds benefiting education-based trade programs in the DFW area. These programs provide hands-on training and career opportunities for the next generation of skilled professionals in the building industry. By joining us on the course, you’re not only enjoying a great day of golf but also investing in the future workforce that will help shape our community.
The BuildHERS Club operates through Texas Acts of Kindness, a 501(c)(3). All proceeds from this tournament will be donated to building industry trade programs and students throughout DFW.
